“Children of Conflict”

In this series of four anti-war digital artworks collectively titled "Children of Conflict", I have attempted to explore how human nature manifests itself when young people find themselves in conflict situations. Cruelty, defiance, curiosity, and nonchalance are some of the emotions depicted in these silhouettes.

“Sinesis Failed”

This piece is a digital drawing with an original poem overlaid that explores the ingrained societal expectation of women to fill the role of nurturer and non-monetary provider within relationships, be they romantic or familial. Like in an unbalanced relationship, the blood orange woman lets her body be consumed the same way that fruits are plucked to extinction.
